Claudia Lemke

Claudia joined Pacific in 2020 following a successful sales management career in the retail sector which including working with H&M and The Harrods Group. Her expertise in retail is coupled with extensive knowledge of strategic sales and customer experience activities.

Originally from Venezuela in South America, and a native Spanish speaker, Claudia has rounded global experiences having lived and worked in Latin America, mainland Europe and the UK. She is now leading many client relationships within our Industrials sector covering Europe and Latin America.

Her passion for human capital and dealing with people extends to her studies and Claudia has a degree in Human Resource Management from Universidad Católica Andrés Bello and is also CIPD Level 5 certified

In her spare time, she enjoys cooking and travelling. Claudia is a passionate fan of sports including tennis and football, she supports Los Blancos - ‘the Real Madrid’.
