Johann Malkemes

Johann joined Pacific in 2021 after completing his master’s degree in Organizational Management the year prior.

His passion for human capital and people along with his inability to shy away from a new challenge attracted him to Pacific’s way of working.

A Pennsylvania native, he graduated from Penn State University in 2018 with his undergraduate degree in Psychology where his passion for business first developed. He is now supporting several of Pacific’s Industrial sector clients across multiple industries in the Americas.

He has an innate desire to learn and continue developing his skills in all aspects of his life. He has previously completed continuous improvement courses and is currently studying the basics of Lean Six Sigma principles and how he can apply these to the executive search process.

When he is not working or learning new things, he enjoys spending time with family and friends. One of his favorite activities is spending time outdoors – hiking, camping and sports. He is a passionate Philadelphia Eagles and Flyers fan, as well as a New York Yankees supporter.
