London, UK, July 2026 — Pacific International Executive Search today announced that Eric Alström has stepped down from its Advisory Board following his acceptance of a new full-time executive position as Group President & CEO of Hempel A/S, effective 1 August 2026.
Eric brought to Pacific International’s Advisory Board more than 20 years of C-suite and senior leadership experience across the industrial technology, electrification, hydraulics, mobility, and automotive sectors. His career has spanned Europe, Asia, and North America, where he has led large organisations through transformation, integration, and sustained profitable growth. That perspective sharpened Pacific’s approach to advising clients on the leadership they need to navigate complex change.
