Rania Johnson

Rania joined Pacific International’s London team in October 2023 following a rewarding career in the NHS. Working with people and creating a positive impact on their lives inspired her decision to transition into the field of executive recruitment.

Originally from Sweden, Rania moved to London where she earned a BSc in Psychology and an MSc in Psychiatric Research. Additionally, she recently accomplished her Level 3 CIPD studies, further enhancing her qualifications in the field.

As an Executive Search Associate, Rania is looking forward to applying her skills to sourcing and matching candidates with fulfilling and purpose-driven roles many of Pacific’s clients offer. She is committed to contributing to Pacific’s business success through her expertise and people skills.

Since joining our team, Rania has demonstrated remarkable perseverance and dedication, balancing multiple time zones and managing a wide range of stakeholders. She has consistently shown exceptional drive and tenacity across numerous projects which earned her a promotion to Executive Search Consultant in January 2025.

Outside of work, Rania has a passion for interior design. She loves getting creative with décor and making spaces feel just right. Rania likes to spend time with family and friends. She also enjoys travelling and experiencing new cultures and food.
