Rafael is originally from Mexico City where he obtained his undergraduate degree before moving to Germany to complete an MBA. Fluent in Spanish and English, and with some knowledge of German, his language skills prove invaluable in navigating the complexities of the international business landscape.
Rafael has been delivering executive search solutions to multiple clients across different industries such as IT, Cybersecurity, Fintech, and Automotive among others since 2015. With a strong network of highly engaged contacts spanning LATAM, the USA, and Germany, he offered tailored recruiting solutions for a diverse spectrum of positions.
In June 2023 he joined Pacific International as Executive Search Consultant where he aims to leverage his skills and insights to bring significant benefits to a wide range of Pacific’s clients.
