Marie-Thérèse joined Pacific International in May 2026 as an Executive Search Consultant. She brings experience from a global search firm, where she worked as both a Consultant and a Research & Delivery Consultant across a broad range of sectors. In these roles, she supported senior executive and non-executive searches through detailed market mapping, candidate sourcing, and rigorous qualification via desk research and initial interviews.
She was actively involved throughout the full search lifecycle, contributing to the delivery of high-quality processes, timely reporting, and consistent communication with both clients and candidates.
At Pacific International, Marie-Thérèse is focused on further developing her expertise in retained search, with a particular emphasis on building long-term relationships and partnering closely with senior stakeholders. She is committed to delivering exceptional outcomes for clients while collaborating with colleagues across Pacific’s global network.
Marie-Thérèse holds a Master’s degree in International Economics from the University of Siegen and a Bachelor’s degree in Government from University College Cork, Ireland. She also gained early professional experience as an intern at the European Parliament in 2017.
