Leo is originally from Colmar, France, and has been living in the UK since 2008 where he graduated from the University of Kent with a bachelor’s in Conflict, Peace and Security and a master’s degree in International Conflict Analysis.
Prior to joining Pacific International, Leonard was a Front of House Leader at Pret a Manger where he gained invaluable experience in building and maintaining relationships and customer service skills. Between Leonard’s academic endeavours and retail experience, he looks forward to applying his varied skills in executive recruitment as an Executive Search Associate.
Since joining Pacific, Leo has been pivotal in successful placements of transformational talent into key leadership positions at many of Pacific’s clients and a valuable member of Pacific’s team. His commitment to excellence, hard work and resourcefulness have earned him a promotion to Executive Search Consultant in early 2024.
