Ellie LaFountain

Ellie’s career with Pacific started in 2020, in our Philadelphia offices, having graduated from Ursinus College with a bachelor’s degree in Media and Communications and a minor in Psychology. Ellie participated in gymnastics for over 15 years and competed collegially at Ursinus for all 4 years and was a sophomore team captain.

Ellie was drawn to a career in executive search after interning as a Talent Acquisition Coordinator at MaineHealth during her studies. She enjoys the ties to her psychology studies as well as the people aspect, relationship building, and the strong impact of the industry. Ellie was promoted to Client Delivery Manager in 2021.

Ellie has been a consistent high performer since starting at Pacific International and has developed into a great asset and role model in the Philadelphia office. She has successfully delivered on some very high profile and strategically important search mandates with much praise from the client which earned her a promotion to Client Partner, Americas in April 2023.

In August 2023, Ellie moved to the London office to gain international experience, diversify her network, and to step out of her comfort zone to enhance her personal growth and broaden her professional horizons.

Outside of work, Ellie enjoys travelling.  After her study abroad experience in Dublin, she is looking forward to visiting more countries across Europe and Asia. She enjoys exercise classes, hiking and visiting family and friends in the New England.
