Aleen joined the Philadelphia team in July 2024 as an Executive Search Associate. Before joining Pacific, Aleen was an analyst at an Executive Recruitment firm. She graduated from Trinity College in Hartford, CT in 2023 with a double major in Economics and Political Science.
Aleen is passionate about connecting exceptional talent with opportunities that drive organizational success. She is committed to building lasting relationships and values the impact of great leadership and continuously seeks to grow professionally in the Executive Search industry.
Since joining Pacific, Aleen demonstrated natural ability to take ownership of her work, which led to her promotion to Executive Search Consultant. In that role, she continued to grow and has taken the lead on a number of important projects, building strong relationships and delivering excellent results and client value. Because of this continued growth and leadership, she stepped into the Client Delivery Manager role, where she will take on even greater responsibility across projects and client relationships.
