A family-owned cable and connecters business engaged Pacific to find a successor for their Head of Lean and Process Excellence programme in their headquarter in Southern Germany in Germany, reporting to their CEO.
The client was looking to realise its ambition and transform from mid-sized company to a true global corporate group within the sector. To enable this, the existing business processes needed to be aligned throughout the group, whilst ensuring they remained agile in both design and decision making. They urgently needed an experienced Head of Lean who would be able to improve their end-to-end business processes across is all areas covering over 30 international commercial locations and plants.
