Danielle joined Pacific International’s Philadelphia office in 2026 as an Executive Search Associate, following her graduation from Rutgers University with degrees in Human Resource Management and Psychology.
As part of Pacific International’s executive search team, Danielle supports clients by identifying and engaging high-calibre leadership talent, conducting talent mapping and market research, and providing insights that strengthen executive hiring strategies. Her analytical approach, attention to detail and commitment to excellence enable her to contribute to complex search assignments across a range of industries.
