Philadelphia, PA, USA, March 2026 — Pacific International Executive Search today announced that Sameer Pagnis, the inaugural member of its Advisory Board, has stepped down from his role following the acceptance of a new full-time executive position.

Sameer joined Pacific International’s Advisory Board at its launch in April 2025, bringing over 30 years of global experience in driving growth, innovation, and operational excellence. As the board’s first member, he played a defining role in shaping its vision and establishing the standard of expertise and commitment that continues to guide Pacific’s vision.
