Originally from Italy, Federico relocated to Germany in 2019 and brings a unique blend of international perspective and strong project management expertise to Pacific International Executive Search. He holds a Master of Arts in Political Science from RWTH Aachen University and a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science from Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore in Milan, Italy.
Before joining Pacific International as an Executive Search Associate, Federico developed his professional skills in project management and stakeholder coordination. His background includes structuring complex projects, coordinating diverse stakeholders, and developing innovative solutions in dynamic environments.
Federico brings exceptional analytical and organizational capabilities, along with strong communication skills. His fluency in German, English, Italian, and Spanish, combined with his commitment to sustainability and innovation, perfectly aligns with Pacific International’s values.
Based in the Düsseldorf office, Federico supports Pacific International clients across several key industries by identifying and approaching high-impact candidates.
