Alessio joined Pacific International in July 2026 as an Operations and Systems Manager, having spent more than 10 years in operational leadership roles across a range of industries.
Throughout his career, Alessio has focused on simplifying complex operations, introducing practical improvements and helping teams work more effectively.
At Pacific, he will focus on developing and improving the way the business operates by identifying opportunities to streamline processes, improve the flow of information and make better use of technology, including AI, where it adds real value. He aims to help his colleagues work more efficiently by providing better decision-making information, allowing our teams to focus on delivering value to our clients.
Alessio holds a degree in Economics, which sparked his interest in understanding how businesses operate and how better processes, systems and data can improve performance.
