We’re thrilled to share that Pacific International Executive Search has closed its financial year with 32% revenue growth, and we couldn’t be prouder of what we achieved as a team.
Here’s our 2025/26 financial year in numbers:
- 32% top-line revenue growth with year-on-year profit ratios well above executive search industry levels
- 86% repeat business, up from 80% the previous year
- 171 retained search projects closed across 23 countries and 5 continents
- 95% retention rate for the strategic leaders we placed
- 47% of projects closed with a diverse candidate, up from 40%
- 52 new strategic partnerships added across all key sectors
- Our Advisory Board celebrated its 1st anniversary (huge thanks to Bjarne Nielsen, Eric Alstrom and Tony Milando as well as recently departed Sameer Pagnis)
