Pacific was retained by a sustainable climate solutions business and that required a well experienced candidate coming with extensive knowledge of Lean principles, implementing systems in operations process facilities. They would also have a good change leadership experience while developing production systems. Due to the demand of the market for the characteristics and skill set it required we had a well-structured and targeted approach for the search.
This was Pacific’s first hiring process with the client, so it was critical for us to engage with a strategy session with the stakeholders to provide advice of the market and our pre-search mapping our team had carried out.
Utilizing Pacific’s Native Polish language capabilities on the team, Pacific approached not only our existing network in the business but also made other targeted headhunt approaches. This delivered the client a full overview of targeted candidates and video screened candidates who were short listed in the first 10 days of the start of the search.
The overall search took approximately 12 weeks to find the right candidate with all critical requirements. The candidate himself was extremely driven towards his passion for Lean production systems. He matched exactly what the client was searching for and was identified directly by Pacific with the result of an accepted offer within one month. Following the success of the search Pacific continues to support the business with other leadership positions on a global and regional level.
