Pacific was contacted by the CEO of this leading mid-sized US Investment/Wealth Management firm as they continued to pivot the business to digital and automated solutions whilst managing the investment portfolio for UHNW clients within the commercial and entertainment industries. The CEO had the vision for the transformation programme whilst Pacific were able to provide advisory services to help him and the Chief HR Director to scope the position in the board structure
We provided a detailed market map of the Digital and Automation landscape in the wider Wealth Management sector (covering East and West Coast location) and following two briefing meetings with the CEO and COO, we agreed the profile and key deliverables for the mandate.
Realising the CEO’s time was limited, we delivered a thorough long-list of over 150 candidates and fully screened shortlist of four candidates who we conducted recorded video interviews to allow the CEO a 360 degree view of the candidate pool. The shortlist was delivered within 6 weeks.
Completing the project within 6 months of the initial meeting with the CEO to discuss the transformation, the current incumbent is now leading Digital and Technology Infrastructure for the firm and alongside the COO has delivered a robust new business model to manage the automation and digital challenges of the Wealth Management industry.
