Pacific was retained by the CEO of this private equity backed plastics manufacturer based in Wisconsin, experiencing hyper growth, to identify their new Vice President of Finance to drive a digital transformation.
As the organization goes through such a significant transformation, they were looking to top-grade (upgrade) the talent within the Finance function. The leadership team was lacking a collaborative financial leader with the ability to implement change; an uplifting and hands-on leader who could drive the team to the next level. The CEO mandated Pacific because he was searching for a true partner to the entire senior leadership team who can build relationships at all levels.
As Pacific had successfully delivered another member of the Senior Leadership Team giving us the understanding of the cultural element of the board.
Utilizing our knowledge of the local market and strong network within Wisconsin, we were able to place identify and acquire the right individual within the business. He brought the right mix of hands-on and strategic leadership, with experience leading digital finance transformation.
The successful candidate was identified, put through the interview process and accepted an offer within three-weeks of commencing the search mandate. With over 20 years of experience in financial leadership roles with manufacturing organizations, he is quickly acclimating to the fast-paced environment.
