Vaughn joined Pacific Internationals Philadelphia office as an Executive Search Associate in January 2023.
He graduated from Saint Joseph’s University with a degree in Communication and Media Studies. Before Pacific, he was an inside sales representative for two professional sports teams. He came to Pacific to stay in the business of working with people but provide more of a positive impact on people’s day-to-day livelihoods.
