After graduating with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Finance from The Catholic University of America in Washington, D.C., Jesse embarked on a career in recruitment. Quickly, he established himself as a Technical Recruiter, skillfully bridging the gap between talent and opportunity.
During his tenure, he honed his recruiting and communication skills, which led him to a realization: he aspired to elevate his career by joining a firm that prioritized cultivating lasting partnerships with clients and candidates, thereby assisting them in achieving their business objectives and career aspirations.
Jesse joined Pacific International’s Philadelphia team in October 2023 as Executive Search Associate.
